Lugmah ES cadets are the active member of the BSP-McCormick Gepigon Sulu Council Scouts.  The school cadets were performed every quarterly convocation,  school major activities,  district meet and the provincial meet.

A Makeshift School in the Philippines is Lugmah ES

Lugmah Primary School in Indanan South District, Division of Sulu,  Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao was established on December 04, 1952.  Teacher Radjamil A. Sappayani who became first teacher and later became a principal of the this school.  The teachers built a four classrooms with using the local materials found in the area could cater the grade one to four learners.  The makeshift school was longlast until 1970. The people in community were joined to the MNLF forces against the dictatorial regime of President E. Marcos.  In 1998 the school was partially transfered for almost 45 meters away from its original site with teacher Langka A. Palahuddin. In 2000 the school was transfered near to the parang-indanan national highway due to the area was occupied by the abusayaf under the command of abusayaf leader Albadir Parad. The school was remain as primary school from 1952 until to 2017. Finally,  in 2018 Mr. Alnasvier I.  Abduljalil the teacher-incharge was elevated the school into complete elementary school and the school was brought back to its original school site with seven makeshift classrooms that had constacted by the parents.

This school is remain as makeshift school until to this time.
